I always make sure to freeze after shooting each load into the container. Make sure it’s frozen before sending, I also use shipping ice packs and thermo regulation bags to keep cold while shipping. *containers are always made to order and kept frozen until shipped for best quality. Due to my busy schedule with work/gym/cla**es my diet is simple and healthy. I make protein smoothies with pineapple, banana, mango and strawberry. I have those daily if not twice a day, making my loads ma**ive and extra thick, I’ve had tons of great feedback —reviews and messages.

*used gym clothing is kept in a different laundry basket wear them on and off until I get that musk/sweat smell. Then bagged in a ziplock for odor protection.
