bulge: based on my personal opinion from 1 to 3 pt. (hint: tighter underwear will help you)

bush: Smooth (3 pt); trimmed/shaved (2 pt); full bush (1 pt)

misc: circ*mcised (1 pt); discoloration (-1 pt); unusual markings/defects (-1 pt)
