In the gym n sauna anywhere from 3-6 times a week. Sometimes I’ll go 7-8 days straight. Sauna sessions anywhere from 10-45 minutes long. I can keep the gym wears for both the sauna n gym session. I could change out into a new set if you preferred to only have a sauna or only a gym session wear. I’m already naturally sweaty. I can do any over night wears for boxers, socks, n etc. Diet is relatively healthy. I drink more water for my fluids. Normally consuming meats, fish, chicken, fruits, n vegetables. For more of a sweet musty smell
