Items are sent in a plastic postal envelope with no indication of the contents.

Items are sent as fresh as possible prior to dispatch (depending upon customs), once your order has been fulfilled, your item is placed into a clear ziplock bag and sealed for freshness.

As standard, items are sent via Royal Mail 1st cla**, untracked and no signature, however i can send tracked if preferred.

I can also send via Evri ParcelShop for you to collect from your local store, if you require the utmost discretion.

No Refunds - Unfortunately. I put a lot of time and effort into satisfying the customisations you request on orders. I will fulfil my obligations. Holding fee for items at 50% value but also non refundable where customisations are requested.
