*containers are always made to order and kept frozen until shipped for best quality. Due to my busy schedule with work/gym/cla**es my diet is simple and healthy. I make protein smoothies with pineapple, banana, mango and strawberry. I have those daily if not twice a day, making my loads ma**ive and extra thick, I’ve had tons of great feedback —reviews and messages.

*used gym clothing is kept in a different laundry basket wear them on and off until I get that musk/sweat smell. Then bagged in a ziplock for odor protection.
